Simon Wilson is a professor and the chair of statistical uncertainty and risk in the School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin. He is a co-Principal Investigator in the Insight Research Centre for Data Analytics. His research interests are in the areas of Bayesian learning and computation, particularly with application to statistical reliability. He has published over 80 papers in the statistics and reliabilty literature, and has built up extensive comsulting experience with a wide range of organisations, from start-ups to multinationals and public bodies.
