. All rates are displayed in EUR (€) and are exempt of VAT. The conference registration fee includes the following

  • access to the congress

  • coffee and lunch breaks

  • social events - icebreaker reception and gala dinner


In-person registration does not include transportation or accommodation.

Student and discounted rates are for in-person attendance only.

**Online attendees will have access to the keynote sessions, plus one additional conference stream.

Online attendance fee is the same for attendees of all levels and membership types (student included) 
Remote speakers, please register for online attendance and email to indicate which session you will need access to.


  • Cancellation notification must be emailed to and received by the close of business on 28 June 2022

  • For cancellations received on or before 28 June a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund.

  • Substitutions are made at the discretion of the organising committee

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 and will not be out of your isolation period prior to your travel date/start of the conference, or if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you must not attend the conference. In these circumstances notice and evidence of positive test (PCR test result) must be sent by email ( prior to the conference and a 25% refund will be granted. Social events and accommodation will not be refundable. Please ensure you have sufficient travel insurance to cover any expenses lost.

  • In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

  • Refunds due to denied visa applications can only be given before 15 July. After which point, a refund will not be issued. 

  • Organiser reserves the right to amend terms at any time.
