Ellen Diskin

Dr. Ellen Diskin is responsible for leading ESB Networks’ National Network, Local Connections Programme, to deliver the operational systems, market design, and organisational capabilities critically needed to achieve renewables penetrations of 80% and above on the Irish electricity system. This programme will introduce new products and services to increase system security, renewables’ penetration, community, and market participation in Ireland.
